Terms of Service
September 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of WebIntake. Plain language, because you should be able to read them in three minutes.
The service
WebIntake lets you create a request for a project, share one link, and collect files, text, links and answers from your client. Your client does not need an account. You are responsible for what you ask for and for the material you receive.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. You must be able to enter a contract in your country to use WebIntake.
Plans and payment
Three plans:
- Free: three active requests at a time, 1 GB of client uploads at up to 50 MB per file, and your own logo on client pages. No card needed.
- Basic: €7 per month, billed through Stripe: unlimited requests, 10 GB of uploads at up to 500 MB per file, and automatic reminders.
- Pro: €15 per month, billed through Stripe: the same as Basic, with 25 GB of uploads instead.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing page. A paid plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying, but if you are over the free limits, you will need to complete or delete requests before starting new ones.
What you may not do
Do not use WebIntake to:
- Collect or distribute malware, or anything illegal where you or your client are.
- Send unsolicited mail. Requests and reminders go to clients you are working with, not to lists.
- Share a request link publicly as a general-purpose upload endpoint.
- Work around the storage caps with multiple accounts.
Your content
Everything you and your clients upload stays yours. We store it to run the service and for no other purpose: we do not read it, sell it, or train anything on it. You can export or delete it whenever you like.
WebIntake is a tool for collecting work, not for archiving it. We may remove uploaded files 90 days after the request they belong to is marked completed, so download anything you want to keep. You can also clear a completed request’s files yourself at any time from Settings, which frees the space against your plan.
Availability
WebIntake is a small product run by a small team. We aim to keep it up and to give notice before planned maintenance, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
WebIntake is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes everything for good. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so by email before the change takes effect.
